How we work

This is how we usually help our clients through the process of immigrating to Bulgaria. They also form our Terms and Conditions of service.

1. Quote request

Get in touch with us. In your request try and give us as many details as possible:

  • Desired services
  • What documents you have
  • What documents you need
  • Selected payment method
  • How you would like to receive your documents

2. Working plan

We will send you a fully costed quote including all translation and legalization costs, terms and conditions.

You will also receive our recommendations and we will suggest what the next steps should be.
You can order a detailed consultation online for an additional fee.

3. Payment and contract

After you sign a contract agreeing to the terms and conditions, payment occurs according to the following scheme:

  1. Advance payment – When you sign the contract, you pay half the cost of our services and the full cost of the fees. This includes transfers, legalization, state taxes and duties.
  2. Final payment – Final payment is described in the contract.
    Unplanned expenses – only ever carried out with your consent – will be included in the final cost of services.

Refunds

If it is impossible to provide services, we will refund the paid amounts in full.
In the event of force majeure circumstances that make it impossible to provide services, we undertake to return the money for the service in full without expenses incurred up to this point.

Other important information about payment

  • All fees for the transfer of funds are paid for by you.
  • The indicated prices in Euros include VAT and all taxes.
  • An invoice for payment can be provided at your request. To do this, we will need the following data: last name, first name, address of residence and email address.
  • Payment in another currency is possible if you agree it with us first.
  • For regular customers, prices are maintained for a period of continuous cooperation.
  • The service is paid only after reading these conditions. By paying for our service, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions as they are laid out here.

4. Included in the price of your service

Your first consultation is free.

Ambassadorial rates, Migration Service rates and notary service rates are not included in the cost of our services. You will need to pay for these separately and in person at the appropriate institutions.

5. Additional services

We are always ready to provide you with additional services, such as:

  • Additional consultations which are not included in our contract
  • A guide or escort to a notary public, bank, to the Migration Service or other state bodies
  • The services of an interpreter and/or driver
  • Preparation and completion of documents

These additional service can be added at any stage. Their cost will always be made clear in advance and included in the final estimate or invoice.

6. Paid Consultations

If you need to understand a difficult incident or you have questions regarding the registration of your stay in Bulgaria, you can set up a consultation.

Consultations are provided at a predetermined time in any way convenient for you – by phone, Skype or WhatsApp, for example.

Available hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 – 18:00 Bulgarian time. 

If you are late to the appointed time by more than 30 minutes, the consultation is considered to have been provided and we won’t provide a refund.

7. Receiving your documents

You can choose to receive your documents:

  • In person at our office in Varna
  • Via a courier such as DHL, Econt or SPEEDY (this usually costs around €50-60 and isn’t covered by us)

8. Your guarantees

Providing a service which has seen us garner a solid reputation, numerous regular customers and excellent reviews, we have been providing Bulgarian immigration services since 2002.

We guarantee that your services will be rendered conscientiously throughout all stages of work.

 

9. General terms of service

Payment

  • Payment is calculated in euros or in equivalent amounts in another currency by agreement. Currency is transferred at the exchange rate at the time of payment.
  • Payment is made before the start of work or consultation and guarantees the provision of services. An application not paid within two days may be cancelled without explanation.

Having paid for the service or consultation, you will then clarify with us the procedure for providing the service or the exact time of the consultation.

  • When paying, indicate the name, surname and number of paid services or consultations.
  • Prices for a service or consultation cannot be changed without contacting us.
  • Payment can be divided into several stages. For example, consultation plus filling out documents if you want to prepare documents and go through the immigration procedure on your own.
  • For regular customers, prices are maintained for a period of continuous cooperation.
  • As soon as the agreed services or consultations are paid for, the working conditions come into force.
  • Payment for services provided is not refundable.
  • We start working with documents after you pay for the service.
  • A payment invoice is provided at your request. To do this, you need to provide some data: your last name, first name, address of residence and email address to receive the invoice.

The service should be paid for only after reading these terms and conditions. By paying for the service, you automatically agree to this agreement.
